Article written from US perspective
[edit]As others have pointed out in the past, this article seems to be written from an almost pure US perspective. I must admit that looking for sources covering ID theft outside of the US has turned up with little to no results, but perhaps the article should be reworded/re-titled to more correctly reflect its bias to the US.
